If it’s ‘cake finesse’ you are struggling with, then this is the class for you!In this workshop you will be working on ‘real’ pre-baked vanilla sponge cake
which you will be covering with fondant.In this workshop you will also be shown how to; layer, stack and structure your cake, make professional ganache from scratch, buttercream and crumb coat
ready for fondant. We will also guide you on how to achieve shape edges with a few essential tools. This class is suitable for; beginners to experienced students.
